Create a table in Cross table: https://youtu.be/R8UVhdLEQPQ

Turn your table into a chart: https://youtu.be/RaeBDfZg8TI

Open the Project

Click on the bolded name of your project or on the three dots to select "Analyze"

1. If opening your dataset for the first time, Analysis & Reporting will default to Cross Table. Alternatively, you can select the 'Cross Table" icon from the left-hand menu:

2. Drag and drop table rows in the vertical area on the left.

3. Drag and drop table columns/banners in the horizontal area at the top.

*Tip* There are multiple options for dragging and droping variables. You can drag variables across one-by-one, hold down the "Shift" key to select multiple variables in order from your dataset and then drag them over (for example if you wanted to bring all/most of the variables across for analysis), or you can randomly select a number of variables from your dataset and drag them over in one groupping.

Create the Table

From the list of questions on the left select the question(s) that you wish to analyze.

From the list of questions on the left:

  1. Select the one(s) that you wish to analyze.
  2. Drag the selected questions to the row or column drop area

As you build your table you will see the results immediately.

Selecting multiple questions can be done by checking the box on the right side of the desired questions and dragging them to the appropriate row or column field. Or hold down "Shift" to select a lot of variables at once.

Tick variables at random:                                                  Or                                Hold down "Shift" to select a group:

You can build multiple cross tabs at the same time by adding questions to the row drop area. All row questions will have the columns/banners you have placed at the top.

Removing a question from the column drop area will remove it from all row questions that you are building.

To view each table click on the row to view as shown below.
