Help is available throughout the Walr Platform in many forms. It is always just a click or two away and ready to help you to be successful in using the platform.

Getting Help From the Platform Home Page
The Platform Home Page contains a number of different ways to obtain help and information about the Walr Platform.
1. The Knowledge base section lets you browse through each section of the platform.
2. Clicking the question mark icon opens the Help Center which is a one stop location for all of the help and support features of the Walr Platform
- Search for a topic or action.
- See a list of recommended knowledge base articles.
- Contact support - Enter your questions or issues into the form to get answers from the support team.
- Browse the Knowledge base.
- Report an issue. Use this to open a formal ticket with your issue.
- Explore the Walr website. Learn who we are on the About page, read the blog, check out careers at Walr, explore the Tech Hub, understand our privacy policy, and read our terms and conditions.
Get Help While in Your Project
While you are working within your project you will always have the Help Center icon available on the left side toolbar.
