A link or url of the survey is created within the Launch area of Survey Builder.
Creating a link
From the Survey Builder Launch tab, click the “New audience” button to open the ‘Create’ window.
Select ‘Link invite’. NB: This will not work if you have not published your survey (top right) of the Launch tab.
Add any preferred name, description or tag(s). Name is mandatory.
In this example we have named this “Link”.
Click ‘Create’.
This opens the link module.
1. Overview – shows the status and survey url once activated.
2. Options – activate a pre-validation survey (specific use case, speak to Walr for more details).
3. Survey url - automatically generated
4. Edit and Delete – allows users to edit the properties of the link job, or delete completely.
USEFUL TIPS
Survey links are automatically generated and cannot be customised.
If customisation is required, speak to Walr for more details.
The links are immediately active and can be accessed in any browser window.
Links can be deactivated using the “Active” toggle. This immediately blocks access to the survey.
All created links will appear in the ‘Invites’ tab in the main ‘Launch’ tab.
