Creating Sub Accounts

A regular account is for a client user of the Walr Platform. 

sub account is an account for a user that is invited to view or participate in a project owned by a regular account user. Sub accounts are set up by a client administrator.

You can easily share project(s) with your colleagues and clients, whether they have existing accounts on the Walr Platform, or not. 

A sub account must exist before it can be used to share a project.


Create a Sub Account

 

Start with locating the Admin Settings in the lower left corner of the Platform side-menu. In this case it has an M on it but yours will differ.


1. Select Admin Settings



2. Select Sub Accounts



A list of existing sub accounts is shown. From this list you can administer all of your sub accounts.

 

3. Click Create Sub Account.



4. In the pop up window, enter a name and description for the sub account.

 

5. Click Create.

 

 

A tile will be added to your sub account page. 



6. To invite users click the user icon. 


7. Enter an email for the user you wish to add then click Invite.



Your invited user will be listed on the Invite Users window. Continue to add emails as desired. You can remove an invited user by clicking the trashcan to the right of their email address.

 

8. Once everyone is invited to your sub account click Close.
