Accessing Comments made in a Test link

Step 1: To access the comments made about a survey, click on the left-hand ellipsis menu and choose “Refresh Survey Comments” (the last option on the menu).

This will then display small green icons with numbers in them. These numbers are the number of comments made about a particular question/answer choices.

Step 2: To access the comments, click on a question. In the example below, you will see that by clicking on “Color” I now have a new tab on the far, top-right that says “Comments”. By selecting the “Comments” tab I can see what comments have been made about the “Color” question.

Step 3: I can then go through and address the issues raised in each comment. You have three choices, you can use the “tick” for something that’s been addressed, the “x” for something that’s been ignored or that has yet to be addressed, and the “trash can” to delete a comment.

As these options are selected, the number of comments will drop and if all are addressed, the little green icon with the number of comments in it will disappear completely.

Step 4: Once you’re happy with the changes that have been made to your survey, go into “Test” > “Update link” and the changes are now ready to be checked in the test link.

For example, a “u” has now been added to “colour” in the relevant question text:
