Step 1: To access the comments feature for testing in Survey Builder, go into the “Test” section of Survey Builder and copy the test link into a new browser window.
Step 2: Once the test link is opened in a new browser window, it will look something like this:
On the far right, it will display the name of the question you are currently looking at and there will be a pencil icon 
Step 3: Click on the pencil icon and it will open this display:
Enter your name and then click “submit”
Step 4: You are now able to write comments:
Step 5: to move onto another question, use the drop-down menu (top right above, (where the example says “Gender”)).
Step 6: add a comment(s) as needed:
