Step 1: In Survey Builder, click on “Build” on the top menu navigation, then click on the “Languages” icon in the left-hand navigation.
Step 2: Next, select the right-hand option “Import Language translation”:
Step 3: Select the file you want to import (NB: make sure the file is closed before uploading it or you’ll get an error message saying the file is in use):
Step 4: Once uploaded, you can click “Import”:
- Once you’ve clicked import, you’ll see the following message at the bottom of the screen:
b. Refresh your screen and your imported language(s) will appear on the right.
You can also switch to the language in “Build” You may need to refresh your browser to get the new language(s) to appear in the menu choices.
