In Survey Builder, click on “Build” on the top menu navigation, then click on the “Languages” icon in the left-hand navigation. The iconlooks like this:
Next, select the language you want to apply. You can also change the default language or delete an uploaded language using the ellipsis menu:
You can also switch the language in “Build” at the top right:
