Categorical Values in Q Table

Categorical values in Q Tables are broken down into two categories

 - Basic Categorical table values

 - Other Categorical tables values.

Basic Categorical Table Values

Basic Categorical table values are as straight forward as you might expect.

  • Column %: Categorical Values displayed as a percentage of the column values.
  • Non-weighted number: Values displayed as a non-weighted number of cases.
  • Weighted number: Values displayed as a weighted number of cases.

In the example below we have selected both the column % and Non-weighted numbers for display. The Cell Content legend shows that these are selected and what order they appear in.

Other Categorical Table Values

Other Categorical table values adds the following:

  • Row %
  • Filter %

In the example below we have set a filter for female respondents only. Note that at the top of the table we see the filter and the percentage of the total number of responses that the filtered population represents.
