A basic topline report will normally show number of interviews, percentage of the respondents answered, base asked and base answered.

For numeric questions it will normally show number of interviews, average value, base asked and base answered.

If you want to create a somewhat more comprehensive topline report, you should follow one of the following methods:

Click Options to open a dialog with all of the possible choices you have for the topline report.

Once you have made your choices be sure to click Set options to apply them to your topline report.

Note the options that you choose will be applied to ALL questions you have selected in the topline report.

Each available option is show below. The right side of the sub-menus include a definition for each option.
At the top of the Options menu, you can search for a sepecific function you can also save or load a set of options for your topline that you regularly use. This allows you to set-up your options once, save them, and apply them each time you run a topline.

- Filters will show results only from a subset of the data set.
- Activating the Weight set will display a weighted number of interviews (or population figures).
