Open the Project
Click on the bolded name of your project or on the three dots to select "Analyze"
Select the Topline icon on the left-hand side.
Select and Arrange Questions
Select the question(s) you want to analyze and drag them into the topline report. You can select multiple questions by holding down the "Shift" key and ticking the first variable through to the last variable you want to view. Alternatively, you can select variables in any order and drag them all across as a group. If you decide you don not want a variable, you can always drag it back to the dataset menu or select it and clear it via the Clear menu (at the top). See some examples below.

Rearrange Questions
You can change the order of the selected questions in your topline by dragging a question to where you want it to be in your report.
The topline table is created. You can now see the total number of answered for this question. And the total number and percentage per case.
Changing Options
You can change the options of what data you can see for the topline by clicking the "Options" button
The "Options" menu is split into several main categories on the left each of which has different options that can be turned on and off by clicking the toggle.
Selecting different categorical values shows up in the topline with the categories listed in the column header and the values listed below in the same order. For example, if "% of total" and "% of asked" from the the table above were toggled "on", Topline would display the following:
You are encouraged to explore the different categories available and all of the options for displaying your topline (and other reports) exactly the way you desire.
Reports and Exports
When you have finished setting up your topline, you can add it to a report within the Walr Platform.
Select the questions that you have set up in Topline to include tin your report by checking the box on the question, then click Add to Report.
You can also export your topline date to several formats such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. To export to Excel, click on Export and select "Export to Excel".
