Reporting an Issue/Support

If you are experiencing any issues or require support, you can:

Use the “Contact support” option, which will open a form allowing you to specify if you need to report an issue or require professional support services.

Use the “Report an issue” option, which will open a new tab that will submit a ticket to our support team.  To contact the support team directly, you can use support@walr.com

 

The Help Center interface includes sections for sessions, custom question creation, support, knowledge base browsing, and blog, with options to sign in, report issues, and navigate to career, legal, and document sections.
