Data is used to analyse respondent level data or to access verbatim comments. It can also be used to create a .csv, review weighting factors or to look at just open-ends.
If you are looking for a guide on how to code data, please see here: https://support.walr.com/support/solutions/articles/101000506306-data-operations-coding
You can access Data in A&R by clicking on the Data icon in the left-hand navigation.

Drag and Drop variables into the "rows" to:
1) Create your own CSV with the variables you choose
2) Group all of your open end variables to create a file that can be filtered by demographics/audiences/target groups of your choice. This will allow you to quickly and easily pull out key quotes.

Some useful functions in the Options menu:
- Add the respid and/or altid: Options > Include altid and/or Include respid
- Review just weighting factors for all weight sets: Options > Include weight values
