What is a Session?

Sessions maintain your interactions with the platform automatically. This allows you to move around the application without loosing any work.

For example -

1. You create a crosstab with some questions and custom settings.

2. Then you move to another project or tab to review something or perform work.

3. When you return to your cross tab, your last settings will be there for you to continue work where you left off.

Sessions are also saved when you logout. When you login again, your previous working session is automatically loaded and you can continue where you left off.

Saving a Session

You can also save your work in either the existing session or a new one as desired.

1. Click on Sessions and select Save to save the existing session or Save As to create a new session.

2. Give your session a name and description and click on "Submit"

Load a Saved Session

Each session you save can be loaded again. This allows you to return to a known good point in your project.

If you don't select a session to load, the current session is your default working session and all your work is automatically saved normally.

1. Click on Sessions and select Load

2. Select the session you desire to return to by clicking on it.

3. The color of the tile will turn a slightly darker. Then on Select.

Delete a Saved Session

If you want to delete a saved session, just click on Delete and confirm you want to delete that session.

Clear a Session

You can clear the present session and start with a new fresh one by clicking on Session and selecting Clear.
